Price – use modifier e.g. +10, -10, +10%, -10% to bulk edit adverts price
Contact name – can’t be empty
Contact number, email – when set to empty then disable such way of contact, at least one must be filled
Location – use postcode only
Delete – deleted saved adverts can’t be restored
